William Vaughan Company is helping in the search for a Corporate Controller  for a local Manufacturing firm based in Northwood, OH.  Their desire and mission as a firm is  feeding people  through quality food, innovation, and stewardship.

As the firm's  Corporate Controller , you’ll provide critical financial leadership and help drive the success of our family-owned organization.

  • THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR WILLIAM VAUGHAN COMPANY
  • Role :
  • Lead the Accounting Team :  Oversee all accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team.

Drive Financial Strategy :

  • Prepare financial statements, manage budgets, analyze business performance, and guide fiscal efficiency.

    • Ensure Compliance :

  • Maintain strong internal controls, uphold professional standards, and work with auditors and tax professionals.

    • Optimize Processes :

  • Utilize technology to automate reporting and enhance executive decision-making.

    • Collaborate Cross-Functionally :

  • Work closely with HR, operations, and external partners to maximize financial return and minimize risk.

    • Requirements :
