Overview

Now Hiring : IT Field Technician - Mt. Pleasant, SC

Pay : $22 / hr | Start Date : November (Several Orientation Dates - Based on Fill Dates) | Interviewing ASAP

Contract Duration : 4 months (November-March). On-site hospital setting requires up-to-date vaccinations, employer medical screen, drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Support pre-go-live and go-live transition efforts.
  • Install, configure, and support end-user devices, peripherals, and software.
  • Deploy hardware including printers, scanners, carts, laptops, and desktops.
  • Validate workstation functionality using predefined scripts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Assist with hardware refresh and facility tech deployments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for escalations and issue resolution.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and document technical findings.
  • Provide basic tech training to end users.
  • Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation.
  • Keep worksite clean and organized, including equipment setup and breakdown.

What You Bring / Qualifications

  • Experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to follow technical documentation and scripts.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a healthcare or fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the Mt. Pleasant site.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
