Position Overview

Our wound care client is expanding into new markets and is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with wound care experience to join their PRN pool. This role involves traveling to patient homes and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) within a 1.5-hour radius of Batavia, NY , including Rochester and Buffalo.

Requirements

  • Certifications : Board Certified through AANP or ANCC as FNP, AGNP, or AGACNP
  • Licensure : Active New York NP license
  • Experience : Must have wound care experience

Schedule

  • PRN coverage
  • Monday Friday, 8am 5pm
  • 72-hour notice provided
  • Must be flexible and able to work full 8-hour shifts if needed
  • Weekend-only availability is not accepted

    • Compensation

  • $250 per visit
  • W2 pay structure
  • Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate

    • Clinical Details

  • Solo patient visits with direction from medical director / regional coordinator
  • Visits take approximately minutes
