Summary :

We are currently seeking a Gas Turbine Repair & Manufacturing Manager to join a rapidly growing engineering and manufacturing organization that provides innovative component solutions to the global energy sector. Known for their commitment to technical excellence and operational efficiency, this company is expanding their internal capabilities to meet increased demand for gas turbine component repair and manufacturing services.

In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for developing and executing high-quality, cost-effective repair and manufacturing solutions for gas turbine airfoils, rotors, and associated components. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong team leadership and operational oversight to drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The Gas Turbine Repair & Manufacturing Manager's Responsibilities Will Be :

Leading a team of engineers, technicians, and machinists across inspection, repair, and manufacturing disciplines.
Overseeing all process, performance, and reporting metrics to ensure efficiency, quality, and schedule adherence.
Translating business goals into strategic execution plans and measurable outcomes.
Managing personnel development and ensuring the right skill sets and training are in place across the team.
Supporting reverse engineering efforts and production of turbine airfoil and rotor components.
Developing and optimizing repair processes to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective results.
Overseeing the installation, commissioning, and operation of new machinery for part repair and machining.
Ensuring seamless coordination between shop capabilities and project-specific customer requirements.
Driving improvements across inspection and machining workflows to expand capacity and enhance performance.
Defining and managing tooling and equipment needed for advanced repair applications.
Delivering results across quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness KPIs.

The Gas Turbine Repair & Manufacturing Manager's Qualifications Will Be :

A bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.

10+ years of experience in manufacturing, specifically focused on gas turbine component production and repair.

At least 10 years in a supervisory or managerial role with a track record of team leadership and project execution.

Solid understanding of project management fundamentals and process optimization.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external partners.

Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically as required.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; candidates requiring visa sponsorship will not be considered.

Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Preferred Experience Includes :

Direct experience with aeroderivative gas turbine components (LM6000 or similar).

10+ years developing or applying turbine component repair processes or similar high-temperature alloy systems.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking to resolve complex technical challenges.

Budget and financial performance management experience within manufacturing or repair operations.
