Role Summary

Fishbeck is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll develop compelling, brand-forward design solutions that enhance our proposals, marketing, and firmwide communications. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and creative vision to elevate Fishbeck’s visual standards beyond routine production work.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design proposal graphics, covers, layouts, and visual storytelling elements that differentiate Fishbeck in competitive pursuits.
• Create firmwide marketing and communications materials, including print collateral, digital campaigns, video graphics, and presentation design.
• Partner with the Graphics Team Leader to introduce fresh design approaches and best practices.
• Provide video editing and motion graphics support for project spotlights, service line features, and internal initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with firm goals.
• Manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
