job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPatient exam / evaluations- focused exams (HPI, medical history, review pertinent medical records / imaging) Order and review appropriate tests- Evaluate clinical data Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation Perform treatments to include Joint injection / trigger point injections (hips, knees, shoulders), IV Therapy and Hormone Therapy (will provide training) Patient education on diagnosis, treatment plan options and expectations, patient goals, and post care treatments Prescribing and following up with medications and peptides Documentation- accurate and timely General oversight of the nursing staff Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care Qualifications : Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in IN Experience in regen med, joint injections, hormone therapies and IV therapies Strong background or interest in Holistic and Functional Medicine (Preferred) Schedule : Part time (2 days per week) Salary (range) : $725-$850 / day (DOE) plus potential bonus compensation Benefits : Flexible Schedule Malpractice insurance coverage 401k Potential bonus compensation Are you ready to make a difference in your patients’ lives, helping them to restore their function and mobility for a better quality of life?
