job_description.job_card.job_description$20 - $25 per hour, negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Perform new construction service and equipment installation / start-up. Evacuate moisture from systems and change refrigerant as needed. Connect electrical controls and thermostats correctly and safely. Handle service calls for first-year warranty issues (excluding after-hours calls). Order parts timely to ensure efficient job completion. Maintain detailed notes and ensure legible handwriting for record-keeping. Occasionally provide after-hours support on an on-demand basis. Safely operate a company vehicle, which can be taken home. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in new construction service tech roles. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC / refrigeration systems and electrical controls. Good administrative skills with accurate note-taking and record maintenance. Reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently. Clean driving record and ability to take home company vehicle. No sales responsibilities involved in this role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in new construction service, installation, and equipment start-up. This role requires technical expertise, strong administrative skills, and the ability to handle service calls efficiently.
Work Schedule :
- Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM
- Occasional after-hours / on-demand shifts
