As a hands-on Construction Project Manager, you will lead meaningful construction projects that shape Indiana’s communities. From coordinating with design professionals in the morning to walking job sites by afternoon, your day is a mix of strategic planning, collaborative problem-solving, and decisive action.

You’ll oversee projects from concept to closeout, making sure everything from permits to punch lists runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. You won’t be stuck behind a desk. Instead, you’ll work closely with subcontractors, field staff, and clients, taking ownership and pride in each build.

Location :   Fishers, IN | Full-time, on-site

Schedule :   Monday through Friday | Flexible PTO
