Job Title : Data Entry Specialist

Location : Hybrid – SE Portland, OR

Schedule : Part-time, 5–10 hours per week (flexible schedule - great for extra hours on top of current position or school)

Type : 6-week contract with potential for extension or permanent hire

Pay : $18–$23 / hour DOE

About the Role

LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to support our client's bookkeeping and reporting functions. This is a great opportunity for someone with an administrative or data entry background who is eager to learn more about bookkeeping and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile financial records and assist with maintaining accurate books

Pull and organize reports from various systems

Assist in preparing profit and loss statements

Maintain data integrity and ensure timely entry of financial information

Collaborate with team members to support ongoing financial tracking and reporting

Qualifications

Previous experience in data entry or administrative support

Interest in learning bookkeeping and financial reporting

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Excel and basic spreadsheet functions

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay Details : $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
