Nesfield Performance is a wellness company offering personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy, and nutritional coaching. We just opened our flagship location in Bethesda, MD this summer and are building a team of professionals passionate about delivering a holistic, high-performance experience to our clients.
Are you a results-driven trainer who’s passionate about helping clients achieve their best performance? Nesfield Performance is opening its first commercial wellness studio in Bethesda, and we’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Personal Trainer / Coach to join our team.
We are especially seeking candidates with availability for the 2 : 00–8 : 00 PM shift
and / or those with a
specialty in women’s health
to support our growing client base.
Position Summary
As a Coach at Nesfield Performance, you’ll deliver high-quality training sessions, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to our team culture and studio success. You’ll be expected to consistently engage with clients, collaborate with staff, and contribute to the growth of the business through referrals, testimonials, and positive client outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
Design and lead personalized training sessions for individual and small group clients
Support clients in setting, tracking, and achieving performance goals
Maintain clear, timely communication with clients and team members
Represent and promote Nesfield Performance’s full range of services
Contribute to a positive studio environment through teamwork, reliability, and professionalism
Participate in ongoing professional development, team meetings, and goal reviews
Minimum Qualifications
~5+ years of experience in personal training, semi-private, or group coaching
~ Certified through NSCA, NASM, ACE, or ACSM
~ Two additional certifications (e.g., Pre / Post-Natal, TRX, PN, NKT, etc.)
~ CPR / First Aid Certified
~ Tech-savvy (Trainerize, ABC Fitness, MS Office, etc.)
~ Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
~ Preferred Availability for 2 : 00–8 : 00 PM shift, additional trainers alternative schedules
~ Specialization in women’s health or pre / post-natal care
~10+ years of experience in fitness and coaching
~ Certifications in FMS, DNS, NKT, FRC
~ Nutrition or massage therapy certification
~ Comfortable with client marketing, engagement, or social media content
Compensation & Benefits
~ Base
~ Flexible schedule (Monday–Sunday, 5- or 6-day option)
