Overview
Lou Fusz Kia in Moline, Illinois is hiring to build relationships with customers and teammates, delivering the most enjoyable buying and ownership experience. We are looking for people who want to make real contributions as part of the Fusz Team and are eager to learn how to use emotional intelligence, product knowledge, and our advanced technologies and processes.
We offer a training-focused environment with opportunities for personal and team success and advancement within the Lou Fusz Automotive Network. For the first three months, we guarantee $3,000 per month while new team members learn the Fusz processes and technologies.
If you have relational skills and determination but lack automotive sales experience, we provide training and development programs to help you succeed. Our current sales team includes people from diverse backgrounds, including industrial, manufacturing, retail, B2B, food service, cell phone sales, insurance, and more.
