Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the growth engine through marketing-led acquisition and demand generation strategies
Build and execute a full-funnel growth strategy to attract and convert clients into long-term partners
Leverage data, automation, and AI to optimize lead scoring, conversion rates, and overall campaign impact
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or business development
5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a technology-driven digital marketing agency or high-growth B2B company
Deep expertise in multi-channel marketing including SEO, SEM, and content marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
