Job Title : Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN)

Location : Flemington, NJ 08822 (Hunterdon County, New Jersey healthcare jobs)

Employment Type : Per Diem (Local Nursing Position)

Shift : Nights, 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM (12-hour shifts)

Minimum Commitment : 4 shifts per month (option for additional shifts)

Weekend Availability : Required

Scrubs : Provided

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $710 - $750

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (NJ Registered Nurse license required)

Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience

Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (required for L&D RN jobs)

Preferred : Experience in Mother Baby care or postpartum nursing

Ability to work occasional weekends as part of the clinical support team

Labor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in a hospital setting

Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout labor and delivery

Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals

Administer medications and manage labor interventions according to clinical protocols

Educate and support patients and families during childbirth and postpartum care

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
