We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fulfillment Operator Lead to join our manufacturing facility in Fairfield, Ohio. This is a critical role where you'll not only execute fulfillment tasks but also play a key part in guiding and supporting our fulfillment team. Reporting to the Senior Fulfillment Manager, you'll ensure our daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily global fulfillment levels, ensuring timely and accurate order processing in a fast-growing environment.
• Lead by example in pick and pack assembly, demonstrating best practices and efficiency.
• Oversee and participate in the accurate loading and unloading of deliveries.
• Manage and verify the sortation of orders, meticulously cross-referencing against paperwork to prevent discrepancies.
• Ensure all orders are ready for shipping, including proper packaging and documentation.
• Conduct and oversee general warehouse duties, maintaining an exceptionally clean, organized, and safe fulfillment area.
• Accurately scan and record freight, ensuring proper inventory management.
• Assign and oversee tasks set by management, ensuring timely completion by the team.
• Lead and perform regular stock takes, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Work Instructions, Safety, and Quality systems and procedures within the fulfillment area, acting as a role model for the team.
• Train and mentor new and existing fulfillment operators, fostering a high-performance team.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and proactively identify areas for process improvement.
