Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level customer support for end-users and school administrators regarding VC Pay Tuition Management and Accounting products
Manage and prioritize multiple support cases, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
Analyze and resolve technical issues, while maintaining internal and external knowledgebases to enhance support documentation
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of customer support experience in a school business office or software industry
Prior knowledge and experience with accounting and online payment processing
Ability to multi-task and work under various constraints
Demonstrated aptitude for using and teaching technologically sophisticated software
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
