At Sparkle Express Car Wash, we believe clean cars and happy people go hand in hand. We’re looking for energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team in Ottawa, Illinois.

What You’ll Do :

  • Be the first point of contact at the kiosk — greet every customer with a smile.
  • Educate guests on Sparkle’s wash packages, products, and membership program.
  • Promote memberships and upgrades — earn commission for every sign-up!
  • Create a welcoming, efficient experience that keeps customers coming back.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to maintain smooth operations.

Who You Are :

  • Energetic, persuasive, and professional — you love engaging with people.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet goals.
  • Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.

    • Pay & Perks :

  • $15.00–$17.00 / hour (plus commission).
  • Commission-heavy role with significant earning potential.
  • All employees (management and non-management) are eligible for club plan commissions.
