Location : 1200 Northside Forsyth Drive, Cumming, GA 30041

Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025

End Date : 01 / 03 / 2026

Contract Length : 8 Weeks

Shift : 8-hour Evening Shift | 3 : 30 PM – 12 : 00 AM

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital-based social work

Active LCSW license in the state of Georgia

BLS certification required
