Position Summary :
We are looking for a person who enjoys the financial industry. This position works across the firm and closely with the legal and compliance team, all focused on meeting the needs of our clients.
Education / Experience :
- Law Degree from an accredited law school
- License to practice law in Colorado
- Bachelor's Degree, business or finance preferred
- Demonstrated interest in banking, wealth management, trust, or contract law

Identify, research, and answer internal legal questions about, including among others, banking, trusts, fiduciary duties, securities, investment management, contract, and general corporate lawIdentify, draft, and implement internal controls and solutionsDraft, negotiate, review and edit contracts, releases and other documentsResearch, analyze, summarize, and explain OCC, Federal Reserve, SEC, and other laws, regulations, and releasesApply research to facts and suggest effective solutionsProvide leadership and knowledge to other employeesOther duties as assignedResumes accepted through 10 / 15 / 2025
