General Summary

This position is responsible for the delivery, and assisting with the development, of companywide learning programs that are in alignment with the strategic objectives of the company.

This role is open to candidates near any Granite office in California.

Essential Job Accountabilities

• Conducts company training and development needs assessments & analysis to determine training solutions
• Assists with the design / development and delivery of company training programs to meet the needs of the organization and improve employee performance
• Reviews availability and evaluates applicability of outside training resources for possible internal utilization
• Evaluates initiatives (as assigned) and provides both qualitative and quantitative feedback regarding the impact of the initiatives on reaction, learning, behavior, performance, and / or business results to determine the effectiveness of initiatives
• Provides implementation support of companywide initiatives e.g. Six Sigma, Safety, Culture, etc. to improve company performance and meet business objectives
• Aligning our development initiatives with operational strategic plans to ensure the development of employees meets business needs
• Updates and maintains training manuals, and other training materials, to ensure accuracy and a professional presentation
• As needed, assists Training / OD Coordinator with training administrative tasks including, but not limited to; training reports / tracking / coordination, etc., to support the companies training needs and to ensure a positive customer experience

Base Salary Range :

$102,749.00 - $196,703.00

Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
