Server

Bellecour Bistro, Gavin Kaysen’s French-influenced bistro in the North Loop neighborhood of Downtown Minneapolis, is looking for Servers who embody the restaurant's culture of genuine hospitality. Servers are expected to take ownership of every guest’s experience, have a high level of emotional intelligence, and deliver thoughtful, welcoming, and professional service. They must have a strong, confident presence at the table and a comprehensive knowledge of food, wine and spirits.

Timeline : Training to begin mid-November for an anticipated late November opening.

Required Skill Set and Knowledge :

• Ability to think and communicate clearly in high pressure situations
• Comprehensive knowledge of ingredients and cooking techniques
• Comprehensive knowledge of wine and wine service
• Comprehensive knowledge of cocktail ingredients and techniques
• Ability to confidently make food and beverage pairing recommendations
