Cardiothoracic Surgeon Opening - Mason City, Iowa Position Details : Full-time, permanent position New grads welcome to apply FLSA Status : Exempt Current group : 1 physician and 3 PAs. Current physician would provide mentorship to the incoming physician for 1-2 years before retiring Current physician would provide mentorship for 3 years before retiring Mix inpatient / outpatient Call : 1 : 2, until mentoring physician retires, then 1 person will be on call. Competitive salary Call Bonus available 14-county referral base with 250,000 population draw area. Local hospital has physician staffed ED & hospitalist services.
