Join to apply for the TECH - ULTRASOUND role at St. Mary\'s Regional Medical Center.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including Abdominal, OB / GYN, Small Parts, Arterial and Venous Vascular exams, Pediatric and Adult Echocardiograms, and guidance procedures, with independent judgment and initiative.
• Maintains ultrasound equipment.
• Call is required.
• Assists in patient transport.
• Proficiently utilizes RadNet; uses Scheduling and PowerChart modules of Cerner for patient information entry and review.
• Able to assist in burning CDs for patient data copying.
• Able to proficiently send images and documentation for off-site review to imaging review service; troubleshoot transmission problems when they arise.
• Performs abdominal, OB-GYN, neuro, vascular, breast, and special procedures / exams (e.g., biopsies, amniocentesis) as required.
