Title Clerks - Start Monday! Need Auto Title Exp to apply!

Irving, TX- Onsite

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience with vehicle titles or as a Title Clerk
  • Strong administrative background with job stability and excellent attendance
  • High attention to detail and organizational precision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Familiarity with state DMV title regulations
  • Experience in an office or automotive dealership setting
  • Ability to multitask in deadline-driven environments

    • COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

  • $20 / hr
  • Hours :
  • Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM
  • Possible OT based on client needs
  • W2
  • 30 Day Project, but possibly longer
  • Start Date : MONDAY, 10 / 13 / 2025

    • ROLE IMPACT

  • Ensures accuracy and compliance in processing vehicle titles for both retail and wholesale transactions
  • Maintain legal and procedural integrity, helping the client meet critical deadlines and maintain customer trust

    • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process retail and wholesale vehicle titles in accordance with state regulations
  • Review and verify title documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure title acceptability in the registering state and resolve any discrepancies
  • Support ongoing audits and documentation workflows
  • Communicate with internal departments to track missing or incorrect paperwork

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • State title processing portals
  • Internal dealership or title management systems
