As a high-energy, customer-focused New Student Department Manager, you will oversee the private and group dance classes for new students throughout the week. You and your Fred Astaire team will help students reach their personal dance goals through many different ways—from a single event to a lifelong journey of dance growth—and you will be pivotal in ensuring an amazing experience. You will have a unique opportunity to enrich people's lives every day and you will meet and work closely with people from all walks of life.
We maintain regular, full-time studio hours from 12 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM throughout the week and this is a full-time position.

Fred Astaire Dance Studios offers group and private lessons, choreograph wedding dances, prepare the wedding party for the big day, provide opportunities to perform in beautiful venues, host local parties for dance practice and camaraderie, and host an average of 35 branded National, Inter-Regional and Regional Dance Competitions annually, giving our students and professionals opportunities to compete in a variety of categories.
