As the Development Construction Supervisor, you will take ownership of all phases of neighborhood infrastructure construction. From bidding civil construction subcontractors to securing final city approval, this role will serve our trade partners and city staff with a unifying attitude and mind towards excellence throughout the project. The Construction Supervisor will have opportunities for both personal and professional growth while working in a fast-paced department in a dynamic organization.

About You

• Proven experience in land development, construction management, or related roles.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with civil construction methods, materials, and industry best practice.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work either independently or collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Good decision-making skills, sound judgment, and problem-solving approach.
• Be open and prepared to grow professionally within the team as well as the overall company.
