About the Role :

As a Senior Services Field Manager, you'll lead and support our on-site teams handling estate sales, cleanouts, relocations, and home organization projects. You'll ensure every job is completed with care, efficiency, and compassion the Caring Transitions way.

What You'll Do :

Supervise and motivate field teams during on-site projects, lead projects from start to finish, oversee packing, sorting, organizing, emptying, liquidating, and cleaning out homes, communicate with employees to ensure maximum efficiency, teach, train, and lead with positivity! Manage project timelines and quality standards, maintain supplies for daily operations.

Requirements :

Leadership and organizational skills, reliable transportation and clean driving record, positive, compassionate attitude, ability to lift 50 pounds Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM.
