Right at Home is seeking a full time Client Care Manager to join our Team!

We are a locally owned home care business that has an exceptional culture, and we are looking for a talented client care manager who can work in a fast paced environment; who has exceptional skills in communication, organization and making decisions; and who is a people person!

We offer a competitive salary with quarterly bonus potential as well as training and development opportunities.

Annual Pay : $65K base with $55K potential incentive package

Location : In-person role @ 260 State Street, Los Altos, CA (not a work from home position)

Responsibilities of the Client Care Manager :

Conducting client intakes, assessments, and regularly scheduled visits / wellness check-in calls

Developing and maintaining the client care plan, creating extraordinary client experiences and communicating with clients, families, care partners and referral sources.

Serving as a mentor to caregivers and supporting their care delivery.

Generating regular streams of new business by building relationships with facilities and representing the organization at networking events

Providing after-hours support for our clients, referral partners and prospective clients – this support may include e-mail, telephone and / or home visits

What you'll bring (as a fantastic Client Care Manager) :

Your passion for health and elder care

Prior client management, sales and or marketing experience, preferably in the health / home care industry

Thrive in an independent, self-motivated environment

Great at building and maintaining relationships

A calm, positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Superb follow up skills

Be team oriented and comfortable collaborating with other staff

Tech savvy

Professionalism and the ability to grow our business
