Civil Litigation Attorney - Tort & Insurance

Conner & Winters, LLP is seeking a civil litigation senior Associate or junior Partner with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our Tulsa, OK office. Conner & Winters offers opportunities for assisted business development and advancement within the firm, along with a competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• Experience in tort and insurance litigation on behalf of insureds, large self-insureds and insurance carriers. Trial experience is a plus.
• Experience preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery, researching and briefing issues, conducting fact investigation, and preparing clients for depositions, mediations, motion hearings, and trials.
• Identify and analyze legal issues and present clear recommendations, while assuring legal compliance.
• Collaborate closely with other Firm attorneys.
• Supervise Associates and professional staff.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
• Candidates must be professional, dependable, hard-working, conscientious, and will have strong research, writing, oral communication, and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Education and Licensing

Juris Doctor degree from ABA accredited law school; admission or eligibility to practice in Oklahoma.
