Job Summary

The Information Technology Technical Support Analyst I ensures that the operational interests of their respective functional areas are represented in the day-to-day operations of the Information Technology Department. This role supports hardware and software deployed within the Harris Health system via the IT Customer Service Center.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education / Specialized Training / Licensure : Two (2) year degree / certificate from a recognized computer maintenance technical school or equivalent work experience.
• One Of The Following Is Preferred :

Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)

Communication Skills : Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact); Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking)

Analytical, CRT / LCD, Design, Mathematics, Research, PC, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access
