This job requires in-office presence five days a week in Dulles, VA. Royce Geo, a GRVTY company, is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of commercial and government contracts, while serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners. You'll help ensure compliance, mitigate risk, support procurement activities, and drive process improvements. The role will report to the Director of Contracts.

Responsibilities :

• Draft contracts for engineering and software services, relying heavily on standards and previous contracts as a resource for terms and conditions.
• Participate as a leading member of the negotiating team, assuming responsibility for explaining positions and resolving matters of a business nature related to the proposed contract.
• Monitor and administer the business provisions of assigned contracts to ensure that contract requirements are met.
• Collaborate with colleagues across organizational lines to obtain and transmit business information necessary for the Project to be successful.
• Monitor and manage customer relations to ensure successful contract compliance. Coordinate and update management regarding contract status, issues and resolutions.
• Work with proposal teams in the drafting and submission of proposals, including terms and conditions, and assumptions.
• Develop, review and negotiate Non-disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontracts, and other contractual documents.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be required.
