Located near Route 59 & I-88 in Naperville, IL

Pay & Perks

$32–$34 / hour, based on experience

$1.50 / hour 2nd shift differential

$2.00 / hour weekend differential

What You’ll Do

Deliver compassionate nursing care to Assisted Living / Memory Care residents

Work closely with RNs and other interdisciplinary team members

Support care plans and ensure high standards of resident safety and dignity

Promote independence and well-being in a homelike, engaging setting

What We’re Looking For

Active LPN license in Illinois

Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care preferred

Strong communication skills and a heart for service

Dependable, compassionate, and calm under pressure
