Dates : ASAP-Ongoing Schedule : 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day No call Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic / Office) : 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups and consults Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT (Call / Rounding) : 0-1 Trauma Level 2 Adult patients EMR : Aria Required procedures : Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy Certifications : BC, IA license or IMLC, Covid Vaccine, Credentialing timeframe : Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days
