General Manager Opportunity

The General Manager sets the tone for the restaurant by leading the team, shaping the work environment, and ensuring an exceptional level of customer hospitality. This role is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, from recruiting, hiring, and developing employees to conducting orientation and implementing training plans. The General Manager manages scheduling and deployment, addresses performance issues, resolves customer concerns, and oversees the restaurant's budget and financial plans. Success in this role requires strong leadership and communication skills, a proven ability to develop people, and a positive attitude that inspires both the team and guests.

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :

• Deliver excellent customer service while upholding company standards.
• Ensure Crew Members and Shift Supervisors complete assigned duties and consistently serve safe, high-quality food in a friendly manner.
• Monitor and analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllable costs, taking corrective action to achieve margin and sales growth targets.
• Lead and oversee a team in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all food safety protocols are followed.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with field leadership and restaurant staff.
• Build and develop an effective team through training, coaching, and timely performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards, including receiving shipments and maintaining proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with Wendy's standards.
• Follow and enforce proper opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe environment for both guests and employees.
