Position Summary

Promethus Federal Services (PFS) is a trusted partner of federal health agencies, seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our client. This role involves creating visually compelling, brand-consistent content across digital and print formats, including websites, campaigns, publications, and event materials.

Essential Function Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and produce graphic exhibits and visual materials for both print and digital media
  • Design for a broad range of products and activities, including websites, advertising campaigns, books, posters, product packaging, exhibitions, displays, and corporate communications
  • Develop and maintain corporate identity materials, including those for award programs, summits, and meetings
  • Design web pages and visual elements for the organization\'s website, ensuring accessibility and usability best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visually engaging and brand-consistent results
  • Integrate video content and manage YouTube channels as needed
  • Ensure all visual materials align with the organization\'s brand guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of design projects and assets
  • Communicate and present design concepts and updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Art, Graphic Art, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in graphic design
  • Experience with 508 Compliance
  • Experience in web design
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability to evolving technologies and project requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully independently and in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
  • Ability to obtain a public trust
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal healthcare organizations, especially within the Department of Veterans Affairs
