Position Overview

This position can be based in Denver, CO; Ashburn, VA; London, UK in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 days in office, 2 remote). This position is also open to remote in the U.S.

As the Global Compensation Program Advisor, you will be a key contributor to Vantage's global compensation strategy by driving employee understanding and engagement with our compensation philosophy, programs, and policies. In this role, you will lead efforts to communicate and educate employees and people leaders across all regions, ensuring transparency, consistency, and alignment with our total rewards approach.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and deliver global communications that promote understanding of compensation strategy, programs, policies, and philosophy
• Create engaging educational materials, presentations, and resources tailored to diverse employee audiences across geographies
• Partner with People & Culture teams, Total Rewards, and Internal Communications to ensure consistent and culturally relevant messaging
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, addressing compensation-related inquiries and providing clear guidance
• Support the planning and rollout of compensation programs, including annual cycles, incentive plans, and equity programs, through effective communication and training
• Maintain and update compensation-related content on internal platforms, including FAQs, guides, and SharePoint sites
• Gather and analyze employee and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve compensation communications and identify areas of opportunity
• Translate complex compensation concepts into accessible language for a variety of audiences
• Collaborate with HRIS and local People & Culture teams to ensure communication materials align with system functionality and user experience
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives related to compensation education, transparency, and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with all national, state / country, and local regulations and requirements
• Assist in the preparation for the upcoming EU Pay Directive by preparing project plans, gathering feedback, and producing education materials
• Handle additional duties, as assigned by management

Additional Details

Salary Range : $90,000 - $100,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
