Schedule : Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 / 5 : 00 PM.
No weekends, no holidays, and an incentivized on call rotation every 7-8 weeks.

Job Duties & Skills Required
What You Will Do
Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Practice Manager and / or Clinical Nurse Supervisor, the Community In-Home RN is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of homecare services for program participants.
Skills & Requirements
Current Registered Nurses License, in the respective state in which he / she is employed is required.
Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) preferred
Two (2) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or community based setting; home health experience preferred.
