Role : Travel LPN / LVN LTC

Location : Montour Falls, NY

Duration : 13 Weeks contract

Shift : 8-hour evenings (3pm to 11pm)

Schedule : 40 hours per week / 5 days

Pay breakdown :

Hourly rate - $45.00 [$15.50 taxable | $30.00 non-taxable]

Weekly Gross - $1,800.00 [$620.00 taxable | $1,180.00 stipend]

Lodging-$770.00

M&IE-$410.00

Job Summary :

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Responsibilities include monitoring patient health, administering prescribed medications, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining accurate medical records. The LPN ensures compassionate, safe, and effective care while supporting the overall healthcare team.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of LPN experience required

AHA BLS Required

1 year of LTC experience required

Travel experience required

Active NY state license required
