Position Overview
We’re now seeking a passionate Service Manager. The Service Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting a culture of warmth, professionalism, and accountability. This role bridges hospitality and leadership through coaching the team, maintaining service standards, and helping drive operational and financial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide genuine and professional hospitality at all times.
- Lead and inspire a service-driven front-of-house team with a strong floor presence; act as a key service leader.
- Engage with guests to build relationships and resolve concerns quickly and graciously.
- Collaborate with the culinary team and General Manager to ensure seamless alignment between food, beverage, and service.
- Oversee daily floor operations including pre-shift meetings, table assignments, pacing, and guest flow.
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.
- Support team members in upholding expectations around timeliness, dress, and workplace behavior.
- Lead a culture of high standards, hospitality, and professional growth.
- Set restaurant ambience to standards - music, lighting, temperature, and cleanliness.
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of the team.
- Support operational excellence through scheduling, labor management, inventory & cost control, and hands-on problem-solving in collaboration with leadership.
- Foster an environment that is welcoming, collaborative, and respectful.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant.Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentorship and building team culture.Hands-on operational knowledge, including FOH systems and floor management.Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate a physically active service environment.Understanding how to make a positive impact on the overall restaurant P&L.Beverage management experience is a plus.Job Type : Full-time
Compensation : Salary ($60,000.00 - $70,000.00)
