Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for IT support requests through various channels
Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Document issues and escalate complex tickets to Tier 2 support with detailed information
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems
