Our client, Baird Foundation Repair, has been a trusted name in the Texas foundation and concrete repair industry for over 50 years, and they are seeking a Commercial Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team.  Are you driven by success and the desire to make a real impact?

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to achieve at a high level while guiding homeowners to safeguard their homes.

  • Lucrative Earning Potential : 100% commission opportunity, with the ability to earn $80,000-$120,000 in your first year.  $0 deductible and co-pay medical insurance  Dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance Flexible spending account 401(K) Retirement Savings up to a 5% match Comprehensive training (with four months of paid training!) Company vehicle (after sales quota hit) What You'll Do as an Outside Sales Representative :   Drive to pre-scheduled appointments through company-provided leads (NO COLD CALLING!) Perform in-home inspections, conduct detailed consultations, and offer customized solutions to meet homeowners’ needs.

  • A minimum of two years’ sales experience, OR a combination of education paired with experience.  A competitive nature to meet and exceed sales goals.  Solid communication skills.  A passion for providing top-notch customer service to our customers.
  • The ability to do physically demanding activities (like crawling, kneeling, etc. while inspecting customers' homes).  A valid drivers' license with a good driving record.  We believe that our employees are our most valuable asset and should be treated that way… every. single. day.
