Asbestos Claims Adjuster

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster III to join their Asbestos Team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of complex asbestos accounts and oversee claim management

Develop account strategies and manage mass tort litigation

Evaluate asbestos cases and provide oversight to defense counsel and vendors

Required Qualifications

Experience in asbestos claim handling or defense with increasing responsibility

Strong technical background in coverage issue identification and policy interpretation

In-depth knowledge of liability policy language

College degree required; J.D. preferred

State licenses where required
