The Research Affairs Project Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Dean and the Office of the Dean, leading the planning, coordination, and execution of high-priority initiatives that advance the School of Medicine's mission and strategic goals. This role applies advanced project management expertise to translate strategic vision into actionable plans, align resources, and ensure measurable results. The Project Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of administrative centralization efforts within the Clinical Trials Office and affiliated service centers. This role will support the launch and expansion of a centralized infrastructure for cell and gene therapy trials, ensuring alignment with institutional goals, regulatory standards, and operational efficiency.

Work Location : Hybrid this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $68,462 to $87,084. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
