Job #1921 : Interior Project Architect

Job Title : Interior Project Architect

Position Location : Boston

Approx. Length of Position : Temp / Temp to hire

Degree Required : Bachelors degree in interior design from a CIDA accredited program or a Bachelor of Architecture

Requirements :

  • 3 years minimum experience as an interior designer / architect in a client services firm
  • Strong experience with construction documentation; design and technical detailing in all phases Programming, SD-CDs and CA
  • Collaboration and coordination with engineers, various consultants and vendors
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Executives, architects, contractors, and engineers
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience creating construction drawings for large scale commercial interiors projects
  • Demonstrated experience and skills creating plans, RCPS, elevations, details and dimensioning in Revit to align with design intent
  • Strong detailing skills for interior construction and millwork elements with elevated design aesthetic
  • Ability to successfully work as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously

    • Technical / Software skills :

  • Advanced technical skills with : Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup
  • Proficiency with : Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
  • Enscape Designer Pages for furniture specifications, Deltek Vantagepoint and Newforma
