We’re seeking a Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and troubleshooting support to both internal teams and external clients. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of client inquiries, research issues, and deliver clear, accurate solutions related to company products and services. Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming client and internal inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot product and service issues, research resolutions, and guide users through solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation and track tasks using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client challenges.
- Provide clear communication, empathetic support, and a high level of accuracy in all interactions.
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service or client support experience , preferably in a fast-paced or call center environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to multitask, manage priorities, and stay organized.Experience using CRM systems or ticket-tracking software.Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work collaboratively with a team.Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems quickly.Why You’ll Love This Role
