job_description.job_card.job_descriptionKeep records on incoming and outgoing shipments Ensure efficient shipping operations through detailed knowledge of procedures, transit routes, and rates. Responsible for ensuring the on-time shipment of all products to meet customer commitments by managing all shipping activities and processes that may impact delivery performance. Oversee the maintenance of shipping records such as bills of lading, invoices, and orders to ensure accurate prioritization and assignment of shipments. High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge and experience of shipping procedures and record keeping methods 2 years of Supervisory experience 3-5 years' experience in shipping and receiving Shipping in all weather conditions - snow, rain, heat Ensure that only products meeting quality standards are shipped and that all shipments are packed in approved, compliant shipping containers.
