• Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each patient's needs.\n
• Administer wound care treatments and therapies, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols.\n
• Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques and prevention strategies.\n
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on healing outcomes.\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support for patients.\n
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in wound care management and participate in ongoing professional development.\n\nQualifications\n
• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid nursing licence.\n
• Proven experience in patient care, preferably in a wound care or related setting.\n
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology as it relates to wound healing.\n
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.\n
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\n
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple patient cases effectively.
