Key Responsibilities
Own a revenue expansion quota for a seasoned mid-market book of business
Partner with Customer Success Managers to engage customers at key lifecycle events
Build and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities through outbound prospecting
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in quota carrying SaaS roles, with at least 2 years working directly with customers
Proven track record of exceeding quota attainment via $50k+ ACV new business or cross sales
Experience managing a high-volume mid-market customer book of business
Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing competing priorities
