As a Business Process Specialist, you will support the Dealer Network or Customer Experience application portfolio. This role offers hands-on experience in business analysis, application development lifecycle, and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals to learn how technology supports business goals and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Learning & Development : Gain exposure to business processes, application architecture, and project management practices.
- Requirements Support : Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements under guidance.
- Functional Translation : Help translate business needs into functional specifications with mentorship.
- Solution Collaboration : Participate in design discussions and support testing activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Attend meetings with business and IT teams to understand communication and collaboration practices.
- Process Documentation : Help document workflows, user stories, and process improvements.
- Quality Assurance Support : Assist in reviewing deliverables and participating in testing phases.
- Technology Research : Explore emerging technologies and contribute insights to the team.
- Domain Expertise : Serve as the go-to expert for supported applications and business processes, providing deep functional and technical insight.
- Project Management : Apply project management principles to improve productivity, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of initiatives.
- Backlog Management : Prioritize and manage product backlogs based on business value, urgency, and stakeholder input.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all solutions adhere to internal security policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Impact Assessment : Evaluate and communicate the impact of proposed changes on systems, processes, and stakeholders.
- Advisory Role : Provide strategic input on industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to the business.
- Incident Management : Oversee incident tracking and resolution, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.
- Root Cause Analysis : Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes, and propose long-term corrective actions.
- Operational Oversight : Ensure all operational responsibilities are executed effectively and aligned with service level expectations.
