Join a compassionate team as a Licensed Outpatient Therapist providing essential clinical services to a diverse client base in the Midwest region. This role involves conducting thorough diagnostic assessments and delivering outpatient behavioral health treatments including individual, family, group, and in-home therapy. You will also perform utilization reviews, implement medically necessary treatment plans, and determine appropriate Levels of Care (LOC) for clients. Timely and accurate documentation of all services is crucial. Crisis intervention and emotional support for clients and families are key responsibilities, along with referrals to appropriate resources. Additional duties may be assigned by supervisors.
Education : Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
Experience : Preferred candidates have 3-5 years of experience diagnosing and treating serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), serious mental illness (SMI), or severe emotional disturbance (SED) populations. Experience integrating care with other providers and supervising clinicians pursuing licensure is highly valued. Working with diverse and high-risk populations is also preferred.
Requirements : Must hold a BSRB Master's Level Clinician license and have completed all necessary trainings for specialized care, including qualifications as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). A valid driver's license is required. Preferred credentials include Clinical Level Licensure by BSRB and Substance Use Disorder licensure.
