As our Director of Clinical Services (DCS) RN and Administrator, you will have the rare opportunity to shape both the clinical and operational foundation of this organization from the ground up. This position is the epitome of nurse leadership. It combines leadership and nursing care with hands-on involvement, ensuring both compliance and heart-driven care.

Position Summary :

The Director of Clinical Services / Administrator provides overall leadership, direction, and supervision for the hospice program. This dual role ensures compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation (42 CFR Part 418), Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR 333-035), and ACHC accreditation standards, while fostering a culture of compassion, excellence, and interdisciplinary collaboration and reports to the Executive Director and governing body.

This role is responsible for :

• Overseeing the provision of all clinical hospice services
• Managing daily operations, personnel, and resource allocation
• Ensuring compliance, quality improvement, and regulatory readiness
• Serving as the organizational leader and liaison with the Governing Body
• Patient visits during early census
